Steven Hatcher

Do I need to own minerals?

No. You don't need to own anything. The workshop uses free public records, so you can follow along from anywhere.

Do I need paid software or data?

No. The map, the filings, and the lookup are free. A laptop and a spreadsheet app (Google Sheets works) are enough.

Can I do it on my phone?

You can watch on a phone. To follow along, use a laptop. The map and downloads are much easier on a bigger screen.

How long does it take?

The workshop runs about 30 minutes. Doing the steps alongside it can take longer your first time, and that's fine.

Will I make money from this?
